When introducing our Warrior’s Way Kung Fu Bootcamp to people, the first thing we often hear is “Oh, that’s not suitable for me. I’m too old/soft/out of shape/overweight!”

While they aren’t easy programs, our Warrior’s Way Kung Fu Bootcamps are designed to be accessible by anyone, so after hearing those comments on a daily basis, we decided to write this post to let people know exactly who these programs are designed for, how people benefit by taking part, and why they really are suitable for everyone!

Happy Lunar New Year from Cultural Keys!

The Year of the Dog was a long year of familiar patterns set to a frenetic pace, perfectly encapsulating the energy of the Dog. And that applied to the progress of Cultural Keys as much as it did the rest of the world.

Spring Festival 2019 Temple Fair Roundup

If there is one thing we all know (and definitely appreciate!) it’s how quiet Beijing generally becomes during the Spring Festival. Of course, quiet can also mean it’s a little more difficult to find fun and interesting things for the whole family to enjoy.

But difficult certainly doesn’t mean impossible, especially in Beijing! One fun way to celebrate the new Year of the Pig is to attend a temple fair, which have been traditional throughout China for hundreds of years.
