Best of Beijing – Cultural Activities in Beijing

It’s often said that early autumn is the best time to visit Beijing and see what the city has to offer. While getting out and about everywhere may not be possible at the moment, that doesn’t mean you can’t start to make plans!

To that end, for the past few weeks Cultural Keys has introduced you to the best of what the Chinese capital has to offer, from food to flowers, from classical architecture to useful words and phrases especially for Beijing! 

For our final entry in this series we look at cultural activities that you can do in the capital about the capital! Hopefully you’ll get some ideas for things you can enjoy over the remainder of the summer and into the autumn!

Cultural presentations online via WeChat this March from Cultural Keys!

While most educational centres in Beijing are closed, people still have a thirst for learning that needs satisfying! Join Cultural Keys online for 4 fascinating informal presentations on Chinese traditional ink painting, dragon and lion dancing, the Shaolin Temple and Chinese folk arts and crafts.

Each presentations will give an introduction to the basics of each topic and are followed by a short discussion. They are free of charge and will be held every Friday in March at 10am on WeChat, with informative slides sent into the group as the presentation progresses.
