CK attends the Highland Games

CK attended the Highland Games on Sunday August 28th to provide some fun Chinese arts and crafts activities for attendees. It was an exciting event with lots of dancing, kilts and haggis – and of course some Chinese culture thrown into the mix!

See some photos from the day below!

The day was organised by the British Chamber of Commerce in China and the Beijing Scottish Society, and attended by Caroline Wilson, the British Ambassador to China. Even the weather got in on the act with drizzle throughout the afternoon!

Our Chinese craft activities weren’t just for kids!
Participants were able to express themselves in their own unique ways!
Participants displayed fantastic painting skills!

A lot of fun was had by all the attendees!

Which of these activities would you like to try? Let us know in the comments below. We would love hearing your thoughts and insights on traditional Chinese culture!
