Throughout April – CK Culture Boutique Monthly Sale
As most of you may remember, March saw the closure of our little store at 258 Market in Beijing. While it was unexpected and saddening, we are far from through and are currently looking for a new location within the city.
For the time being we have relocated the CK Culture Boutique to our culture centre in Tongzhou’s Songzhuang Art District, which, with its multitude of galleries, unique shops and cafes, is well worth a visit in itself!

Our new opening hours while we are based at the Culture Centre are:

This month, we are also saying goodbye to a few styles of Feiyue. We only have a few sizes left in these styles, so be sure to purchase them at these incredible prices while we have them!

April 14th – Green Bazaar by THE BULK HOUSE
Market season has come again! And what better way to welcome the (eventual) arrival of the good weather than by dropping by the Green Bazaar? Hosted by the fabulous Joe and Carrie of THE BULK HOUSE, this event isn’t simply a market; there will be a yoga session, workshops, food, music and talks on what you can do to help the environment, as well as the market itself, which will also have a flea section.
And of course, the CK Culture Boutique will be there with a select few styles of Feiyue, calligraphy, papercuts and accessories!

April 15th – CK Culture Taster
So much culture, so little time to experience it all! This is one of the biggest, and some would say best, problems with being in Beijing. With so much to experience, how do you possibly find time to fit it in, especially if you are only here short-term?
It’s with that problem in mind that Cultural Keys is happy to introduce the CK Culture Taster, a day in which participants get the opportunity to learn and enjoy not just one, but three different aspects of Chinese culture, all in one place!
April 22nd – Best of British Market
Join Cultural Keys and Plan B for Best of British, the market that celebrates the best of UK entrepreneurs and small businesses in Beijing! With all your favourite British dishes from Plan B, vegan fish ‘n’ chips from Root Pop, a bouncy castle for the kids and a plethora of vendors, there will be something for everyone!

April 24th – BBI Lecture
April also sees the return of our extremely popular Bootstrap Business Initiative lectures. This month, we are happy to welcome back DK, who will lead attendees through all the tips and tricks necessary to design, publish and promote the best looking articles through their Official WeChat Accounts.
If you have an Official WeChat Account for your business, but are unsure how to use its myriad of functions, this is definitely the event for you! Places are limited to 20 people, so if you’d like to attend, be sure to sign up soon!

April 25th – INN’S Spring Bazaar
The CK Culture Boutique will be attending the INN Spring Bazaar on April 25th, with our awesome selection of Feiyue shoes, and Chinese art, accessories and gifts!
INN (International Newcomers Network) has been helping expats adjust to life in Beijing since 1994. This will be their second spring bazaar and all proceeds from the event will go towards Dew Drops which helps abandoned and poor children in need of medical care.
